toilets in your Mt. Kailash tours. However,
hot water will be provided in every room for
refreshing and for drinking.

having all your meals in there. Rest part in

our side while in camping. While staying in
lodges en route the meal could be provided
from the best available Chinese or Tibetan
restaurants. The food will be very simple as
per the clients taste. All meals provided

Clothing & Accessories:
Casual wears and comfortable walking shoes
are the rule for Tibet. Be sure to bring
warm clothing as nights and early mornings
can be quite chilly to down right cold in
winters. Bring all the film, medicine,
cosmetics, personal toilet items etc. that
you will need from home, as these are
difficult if not impossible to obtain in
Tibet. However, from November – April, warm
clothes like Down Jacket, Thermal Underwear,
Warm Trousers, Warm Sweaters, Woollen
Shirts, Gloves, Warm hat & Scarves, Light
Leather Boots (in case of snows) are
required to fight the frosty cold and from
May – October, Raincoat or Windbreakers,
Jackets, Sweaters, Sun Hat, Shirts (Cotton/Woollen)
& comfortable shoes are required. However a
Jacket and a Sweater are advised through out
the year as the weather may unexpectedly
change at any time. Other required items
are: A domestic first aid kit, flashlight &
utility knife.
Transportation:
All our tours are operated with 4-wheel
drive (Land cruiser or similar) with a truck
to carry the all-camping gears and other
stuffs with the crew. Maximum 4-5 people
will be accommodated in a land cruiser.
While on trek, during the Kora, the Yaks
would be provided to carry the camping &
your personal heavy gears.
Tour Guide/ Escort:
A professional tour guide would be provided
for the sightseeing tours in Kathmandu
valley and in Tibet, a Tibetan English
speaking guide would escort the group
throughout the trip. There would be other
Nepali Sherpas for the camping.
Photography:
As Tibet is very rich on its cultural &
scenic beauty, one would be lured to catch
all those in his camera. As Tibet get very
bright sunlight due to thin air, taking
photographs could be quite glare. Please
take the advise from the photographic shop
choosing the best film rolls for Tibet.
Photography is free on the way but in some
of the places, you may be charged especially
at the monasteries for taking the
photographs, please ask your guide before
taking photographs inside the monastery or
the army camps.
Medicine:
You are suggested you to bring your own
first aid kit with adequate medication
regarding altitude sickness, nausea,
dehydration and some pain killers.

happen before the acclimatization. You are
advised to drink plenty of water (approx. 03
liters) per day, do not strain yourself,
move slowly, breathe deeply and take regular
