Trekking in
Nepal |
 |
|
Trekking in Nepal is an intense cultural
experience as well as an exploration of one
of the world's world's most hiker-friendly
people , spectacular environment and great
mountain. If you are an experienced trekker
used to empty trails, you'll be surprised.
These are not pathway designed for
recreational use, but a working
transportation network for goods and people.
Expect to see plenty of traffic on many of
the route and enjoy the chance to interact
with the people, and explore their cultures,
along the way. Caravans of laden mules or
yaks are good subjects for your camera and
rest breaks at the teahouses or small
mountain villages are chances to meet fellow
travelers from around the globe or from just
up the valley. There are two contras-ting
approaches to trekking in Nepal. One
approach is to go on an organized trip where
our crew bring along tent, cooking equipment
and foodstuff. The another approach
independently minded opt for teahouse
trekking, moving from village to village
along mostly well-trodden routes, enjoying
the lodges with their mix of foreigner and
locals. These are ideal for discovering more
remote areas and learning about the varied
cultures and people of Nepal first hand.
All our trek itineraries are professionally
designed to appeal to all the levels of
walking experience keeping in mind to ensure
a memorable holiday in Nepal of our
respected guests. Besides, we are happy to
organize "tailor-made" itinerary for
families, group of friends, schools, clubs
and people having special interest according
to our guests' special time schedules.
The best way to experience Nepal's
unbeatable combination of natural beauty and
culture is trekking. On beaten trails or
virgin tracks, Nepal is a trekker's
paradise. The very organic rhythm of foot
travel is a wonderful way to explore and
make meaningful contact with this
extraordinary country.
Along with forests of rhododendron, a
multitude of birds and animals, temples and
monasteries, you will also encounter many
small mountain villages. In these isolated
hamlets, friendly people of diverse cultures
offer a fascinating glimpse of traditional
rural life. And in the background, every
step of the way, is the magnificent presence
of the Himalayan peaks - providing
breathtaking panoramic views.
